Two of our daughter's friends had birthday parties in December both turning four years old. With Christmas gifts galore and lots of new toys to play with, it was easy to decide that personalized quilted jackets would be the most unique way to help us celebrate these special occasions.
What was I thinking? Four year olds want toys, not clothing! Teenager's want clothing, not toys! (Oh wait a minute teenager's want money so that they can buy their own clothing). The Mommies were very happy with the jackets, so the idea was a hit. Right? I'm not complaining, I enjoyed the whole sewing experience and I got to attend two very special birthday parties!
